Opening of Porta Mondial Essen celebrated on 21st September
More than 100 guests attended the opening of Porta Mondial Essen at Graf-Zeppelin-Strasse 2 in Essen-Kettwig. From outside, one can already see that Porta Mondial provides real estate marketing of a special kind: beautiful holiday properties alternate with choice residential real estate. For the two franchise partners at Essen’s new agency, Astrid Mühlenkamp and Werner Glantschnig, Essen-Kettwig was the perfect choice of location. The two entrepreneurs see a huge need here for the special services they offer which set Porta Mondial apart from other local estate agencies:
“As a partner of an international real estate franchise system, we don’t see ourselves as being in direct competition with our local colleagues,”
Astrid Mühlenkamp explains. Both estate agents were attracted by the possibility of being able to offer real estate in Majorca, Ibiza or Tenerife as well, through the Porta Mondial network. “We provide potential holiday home buyers with a local service and in their chosen region they are then attended to by our estate agency colleagues in the network. This gives them a security that is very important, particularly when it comes to buying property abroad. At the moment, we are offering over 2,000 properties in Majorca alone.”
Franchise partner Astrid Mühlenkamp is delighted with the positive feedback from guests about her estate agency.
However, as Ms. Mühlenkamp emphasises, the Porta Mondial partners also work very closely together at national level:
“Specifically in the Rhine-Ruhr region it is important to be able to offer real estate across city borders. Together with our partners in Düsseldorf and Krefeld we have a selected group of solvent potential buyers and checked tenants whom we can address directly.”
For Astrid Mühlenkamp, the way in which clients are treated, and an exceptionally high service mentality are the hallmarks of a good estate agent.
“We deal with each client on an individual basis, respond to his wishes, share our expert knowledge with him, and we don’t simply abandon him once the purchase or sale is completed.”
