For German investors holiday properties are becoming more and more interesting as a capital investment. A good opportunity to check out the current market offers in Spain will be at the Second Home trade fair in the Böhler exhibition centre in Düsseldorf on 30 April and 1 May.
After the German premiere last October in Munich, the trade fair concept “Second Home”, already established in the Benelux countries, is now coming to Düsseldorf. Real estate agents, project developers and service providers from all over Europe present investment projects in popular holiday destinations and advise visitors about the opportunities and risks of investing in holiday homes.
When the theme is holiday property the Porta Mondial Group, which is represented by five offices in North Rhine-Westfalia, must be there. On stand 307 the Düsseldorf office manager Stephan Bruns, and his colleagues will present fantastic holiday properties in Mallorca, Ibiza, Menorca and Tenerife from the Porta Mondial Group portfolio which, alone in Spain, contains more than 3,000 properties.
