Real estate franchise internship

Porta Mondial AG offers its (master) franchise partners a property franchise system that has been tried-and-tested internationally, with offices in Germany and Spain. To support our further expansion we are seeking an Intern (m/f/d) Licence Development International for our franchise management team in Majorca for a period of at least six months.

See how an international franchisor operates on the ground. You can look forward to exciting duties at our Head Office in Palma de Mallorca. This opening would be ideal for students of business management and/or real estate economics.

Your duties

• Property management: editing property details, quality control of texts and photos with due regard for search engine optimisation
• Client management
• Providing support to cooperation partners
• Researching potential franchisees
• Sending out the initial information pack to potential franchisees; arranging appointments with franchise managers
• Preparation of reports

Your profile

•  You have studied business management, specialising in marketing/sales, or some other discipline
• Very good knowledge of English and/or Spanish
• Confident MS-Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Very familiar with the internet and good understanding of IT
• Sense of responsibility and professional appearance
• Pleasant telephone voice
