As a self-employed Porta Holiday licence partner you will be the contact person for a given region. Your office is integrated into one of the Porta Mondial Group’s estate agencies, and you will leverage the synergies of the local estate agency business. Your main focus will be on the acquisition of suitable properties for holiday lettings.
In addition, you will build up a regional network of reliable service providers for holiday properties, thus offering property owners and holiday guests a full-service package ranging from check-in/check-out to property management.
The Porta Holiday Head Office will handle the marketing of the properties you list, will deal with all booking management and relieve you of back office duties.

Prerequisites for franchise partners
Would you like to become a Porta Holiday licence partner in Spain?
Then you should fulfil the following criteria:
- Outstanding local knowledge of your preferred location
- A good local network
- Sales and/or marketing experience
- Own capital of € 10,000
- Good knowledge of the country’s language and English
If you also possess poise and a cultivated manner and have a personable, entrepreneurial character, we should get to know each other.
