Opening of Santa Ponsa Real Estate Shop

In January 2021, Porta Mallorquina opened a new real estate shop between Santa Ponsa and Portals Nous. The business premises are located in the well-known Son Bugadelles commercial area, directly in the entrance area of the island-wide fitness studio ILLES:

Relocation of the Porta Mallorquina corporate headquarters

In February 2020, the company headquarters moved from C. Colom in Palma to Calle Conquistador 8 in shared premises of the real estate shop in Palma's old town, opposite the Parliament of the Balearic Islands.

Opening of real estate shop in Santa Maria

In November, the new Porta Mallorquina Real Estate property shop opened in Santa Maria. In the North Region, the real estate shop moved from Pollensa to the premises of sister company Porta Holiday in Alcudia.

Porta Mondial AG becomes Porta Mondial GmbH

In August 2019, Porta Mondial AG was converted into a GmbH (limited liability company) and the company headquarters moved from Düsseldorf to Munich. The parent company Homes & Holiday AG and Porta Mondial GmbH are now located together at Theresienstraße 21 in 80333 Munich.

Non-cash capital increase at 2.50 euros per share

Homes & Holiday AG took over Top Villas Mallorca S.L. which specialises in finca and holiday home rentals in Mallorca, in October 2018. The purchase price was partially paid in shares. As agreed with the seller, this non-cash capital increase has now been entered in the commercial register. The share capital of Homes & Holiday AG was increased by 195,888 shares to 1,2810,612 shares. As part of the takeover, the new shares were valued at EUR 2.50 per share.

New franchise partners in Mallorca
