Die niedrigen Zinsen und Preiserh\u00f6hungen f\u00fcr Wohnimmobilien lassen deutsche Anleger auch gerne Richtung Ausland blicken. Wichtig sei, dass man sich auch selbst vorstellen k\u00f6nne, seinen Urlaub in der Immobilie zu verbringen.<\/p>\n<p>Stimmt der Standort, kann eine Ferienimmobilie, zum Beispiel auf Mallorca, attraktive Renditen erwirtschaften. Andreas Kunze dazu:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8222;In diesem Jahr haben Ferienvermieter in Spanien richtig viel Geld eingenommen.&#8220;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Doch Anleger d\u00fcrfen sich nicht von den hohen Brutto-Einnahmen t\u00e4uschen lassen, Ferienvermietung sei auch mit laufenden Kosten verbunden, warnt der Experte. Auf circa 30-40% sch\u00e4tzt Kunze die Kosten.
