Nat\u00fcrlich muss man hier wie dort den allgemeinen Immobilienmarkt von den Ferienimmobilien trennen, aber \u00fcber alles gibt es ja den bekannten R\u00fcckgang der Eigentums\u00fcbertragungen bis Juni 2008 um \u00fcber 40 %.
