Zun\u00e4chst berichtete der Vorstand \u00fcber die positive Entwicklung im Jahr 2021. So steigerte Homes &amp; Holiday mit der Tochtergesellschaft Porta Mallorquina als einer der f\u00fchrenden <a href=\"https:\/\/www.porta-mallorquina.de\">Immobilienmakler auf Mallorca<\/a> und den gesamten Balearen das Transaktionsvolumen um 87 % auf 122 Mio. Euro. Das um einen Konsolidierungsgewinn bereinigte operative Konzernergebnis (EBITDA) hatte Homes &amp; Holiday im vergangenen Jahr auf 263.000 Euro gesteigert. Dabei wird auch ein positives Netto-Ergebnis angestrebt.
